Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product sales page.

• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after purchase, except where required by law.

Continuing Education (CE) Disclaimer

• CE courses meet the standards of [NBCC, NADTA] where applicable.

• Certificates of completion will be issued only when all course requirements are met, which may include:

• Viewing all required content

• Passing quizzes/assessments with the minimum score

• Completing evaluations or reflection assignments

• Attending live sessions (if applicable)

• CE credit is not guaranteed by all licensing boards. Participants are responsible for verifying acceptance with their professional board or state licensing authority.

• CE certificates will not be issued if course requirements are incomplete.

• Respectful Interaction: Engage respectfully with instructors, facilitators, and fellow participants.

• Confidentiality: Protect the privacy of group members; personal information shared in group activities (e.g., discussions, role plays, breakout rooms) must remain confidential.

• No Harassment: Any form of harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks will result in immediate removal without refund.

• Constructive Participation: Use discussion boards, live calls, or forums for learning and collaboration, not for solicitation, spamming, or self-promotion.

• Safety in Expression: Expressive arts, drama therapy, or psychodrama activities may evoke strong emotions; participants are encouraged to prioritize self-care and set personal boundaries.
